Mobile data for your guests. Your name on it.

Give every guest an eSIM that works from the moment they land, and pay 10 % less than our shop for every one. Your logo, your colours, your welcome, your Wi-Fi and your contact on one page. They never see ours.

Everything your guest sees carries your brand

Set it once in your host panel. Every eSIM you give out uses it, printed, sent on WhatsApp or by email.

Your logo

Upload it once. It sits at the top of every guest page.

Your colour and lettering

Pick your brand colour and one of three letterings, from classic to friendly.

Your words

Your welcome, your Wi-Fi name and password, the tips you give every guest.

Your contact

Questions go to you. The guest stays your guest.

Our name appears nowhere on what your guest receives

Hotels and hosts

One program, two ways to welcome a guest

A hotel hands it over at the desk or in the confirmation email. A host sends it with the check-in details. Both put their own name on it.

For hotels, B&Bs and guesthouses

  • Reception buys an eSIM while the guest checks in and shows the page on a screen to scan.
  • Or attach the guest page to the booking confirmation, so the guest lands connected.
  • The page carries your hotel’s logo, colour, Wi-Fi and reception contact.
  • Offer it as a welcome extra, a room-package perk or a front-desk sale at your own price.
  • Guests from every booking site — Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Agoda, Trip.com or direct — get the same page.

For Airbnb hosts and vacation rentals

  • Send the guest page with your arrival instructions, before the guest flies.
  • Your guest finds the address, calls a taxi and messages you without hunting for Wi-Fi at the airport.
  • One account for one apartment or a hundred; one brand on every page.
  • Nothing to stock, charge or collect: no pocket Wi-Fi, no SIM cards in a drawer.
  • Works the same for guests from Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com or your own website.

Three steps, then one tap per guest

  1. Apply and get approvedTell us about your place and where it is. A person reviews every host and replies by email.
  2. Add creditTop up by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Every package costs you 10 % less than in our shop.
  3. Give each guest an eSIMPick the country and the data, type the guest’s name, and hand over your branded page. Free with the stay, or at your own price.

The options a guest has

How guests usually get mobile data abroad

Four ways, side by side. The eSIM you give is the only one that arrives before the guest does and carries your name.

A guest eSIM needs a phone that takes an eSIM and is not locked to a carrier — recent iPhones, Google Pixel phones and most recent Samsung Galaxy phones do.

Ideas from the front desk

Six moments to hand over the eSIM

In the pre-arrival emailAttach the guest page to the message you already send a few days before check-in.
In the welcome packPrint the A5 page next to the house rules, the Wi-Fi card and the local map.
At check-inBuy it at the desk in a minute and show the page on a screen for the guest to scan.
As a direct-booking perkGive it only to guests who book on your own website, a reason to book with you.
For long stays and familiesOne eSIM for each traveller who needs data, each page with that traveller’s name.
For the next countryA guest travelling on can get an eSIM for the next destination too, under your brand.
Wherever your guests book

For hotels and hosts on every booking site

The guest page is yours, so it works the same whichever site the guest booked on.

Where you host

For hotels and hosts in the countries guests visit most

And in every other country: the program is worldwide.

For hosts new to eSIM

What an eSIM is, in plain words

An eSIM

A SIM card that lives inside the phone. Instead of a plastic card, the guest scans a code and the phone adds a new line for mobile data.

The guest page

An A5 PDF with your brand and the guest’s name, the code to scan, the two values to type it in by hand, the steps for iPhone and Android, and your Wi-Fi and contact.

Data, not a phone number

The eSIM gives mobile data. The guest keeps their own number on their own line and calls and messages through their apps.

Validity

Every package runs for 30 days and is for the country it was bought for. The page tells the guest the size and the days.

Roaming on

The guest turns on data roaming for the eSIM line only. Their home line can stay as it is.

One phone each

An eSIM installs on one phone. A family with three phones needs three, each with its own page.

Questions

What hosts ask us

Do my guests see MirageTEL anywhere?

No. The page your guest receives carries your logo, your colours, your words and your contact. Our name is not on it, nor in the PDF’s file details.

Which phones work?

Any phone that takes an eSIM and is not locked to a carrier: recent iPhones, Google Pixel phones, most recent Samsung Galaxy phones and many others.

What does it cost me?

10 % less than our shop, on every package you can buy as a host. The panel shows your price beside the shop price, for every country and package.

Is it only for one country?

No. Host anywhere in the world, and buy for guests going to any of our 177 destinations.

When do I pay?

You add credit first. Each eSIM is paid from your credit when you buy it for a guest, so buy one when a guest is coming.

Who helps a guest who cannot install it?

You do, and we help you: the host guides walk through iPhone and Android step by step, and our support answers you directly.

Can a hotel use it at the front desk?

Yes. Reception buys the eSIM in the host panel while the guest checks in; the page is usually ready within seconds to print or show on a screen.

Do my guests need to show ID?

No. You give us only the guest’s name and, if you want, the stay dates. We do not contact your guests.

What if a guest’s phone does not take an eSIM?

Then it cannot use one; your Wi-Fi works as usual. You buy an eSIM only for the guests who can use it.

How long does a guest eSIM last?

Every package runs for 30 days, for the country it was bought for.

Is there a contract, a monthly fee or a minimum?

No. You add credit and buy an eSIM only when a guest is coming. Credit you do not use stays in your account.

Can I put my logo and colours on it?

Yes. Upload your logo, pick a colour and a lettering, write your welcome and add your Wi-Fi and contact once; every guest page uses them.

How do I apply?
