Host Terms

Version 2026-10-21.3 (October 21, 2026). Mirage Global Technologies LLC (“MirageTEL”).

  1. Who we are. Mirage Global Technologies LLC (“MirageTEL”, “we”). These terms apply to a host account: an account we approved to buy eSIMs for its own guests. A host account is for business use. You confirm that you are not acting as a consumer, that the person accepting these terms may bind the business, and that your application is true and kept up to date. We may decline any application.
  2. Your guests only. You buy each eSIM for a guest of yours — a person staying at a place you host or manage. You do not resell eSIMs to other businesses, list them on a marketplace or give them to people who are not your guests. These terms are the written agreement under which you may give eSIMs to your guests, with or without charge.
  3. Your brand on the page. The guest page carries the name, logo, colours and words you set. You are responsible for them: they must be yours to use, true, and lawful. You give us a licence to use your name, logo and words on the guest page only to provide the service, and we may remove anything that breaks these terms or the law. Describe the eSIM accurately: data, validity, countries and refund rules. You must not say that the eSIM is made, sold or endorsed by a booking platform or by a mobile operator.
  4. Your guests are your contacts. You are your guest’s first contact for the eSIM, and we support you. We do not contact your guests, except to deliver or protect the service, to answer a guest who contacts us, or as the law requires. You give us only the guest’s name and, if you want, the stay dates. For that data you are the controller and we are your processor under our Data Processing Addendum, which is part of these terms; we use it to show your records, write the guest page and provide and support the eSIM. You must have the right to give it to us and must tell your guests. The same applies to the technical data of the eSIM itself (identifier, plan, usage), except records we must keep for fraud prevention, billing or legal duties, which we handle under our Privacy policy.
  5. Prices. Your price for each package is shown in the host panel before you buy. Prices can change; the price shown when you buy is the price you pay. Prices exclude VAT, sales and similar taxes and any regulatory fee we must collect; these are added where they apply.
  6. Credit. You pay for eSIMs from prepaid credit. Credit is prepaid service credit for MirageTEL services only: it is not a deposit, earns no interest, cannot be transferred or paid out as cash, and a host wallet holds at most the limit in our Terms of Service (currently USD 2,000). Credit follows the Wallet rules of our Terms of Service: unused credit stays with us and is not refunded, including when the account is closed, except where the law requires a refund. If we close your account or end the host program for a reason of ours and not because of a breach of these terms, you may ask us to refund your unused credit until the account closes; credit you do not ask for is lost. A refund of a purchase under our Refund policy goes back to your credit. If an eSIM cannot be issued, it is not charged.
  7. Charging your guests. You may include the eSIM in the stay or charge your guest for it at your own price. You follow the rules of the platforms you take bookings on, and the consumer and tax laws that apply to you.
  8. The eSIM. Each eSIM installs on one phone and works on the networks of the country it was bought for, for its stated validity. A guest’s phone must take an eSIM and must not be locked to a carrier.
  9. Acceptable use. Our Acceptable Use Policy applies to you and to every eSIM you buy. You are responsible for how your guests use it, and you must give them the usage rules and limits shown on the guest page. We screen hosts against the sanctions lists, and we do not serve persons or countries we are prohibited from serving.
  10. Liability. eSIMs run on third-party mobile networks; coverage and speed are outside our control. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or claims your guests make against you. Our total liability to you for an eSIM is limited to the price you paid for it. You indemnify us against claims by your guests or third parties that arise from what you put on the guest page or tell your guests, from your breach of these terms, or from the consumer, tax or platform rules that apply to you — except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
  11. Suspension and ending. We may suspend or close a host account that breaks these terms, puts guests or networks at risk, or that we are required to close. We may also end the host program or a host account on 30 days’ notice. You may close your account at any time. eSIMs already issued keep working for their validity.
  12. Changes and notices. We may change these terms. We tell you by email at least 14 days before a change applies, or sooner where the law or security requires; if you disagree, close the account before then. The version you accepted is shown on your application. An email notice is received 24 hours after it is sent to the address in your application, which you keep current.
  13. General. You are an independent business, not our agent, and cannot make promises on our behalf. These terms and the documents listed below are the whole agreement. We may transfer our rights and duties to a successor of this business. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
  14. Law. These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The UN Sales Convention does not apply. Our Terms of Service apply where these terms say nothing; where they conflict, these terms prevail.
