  1. Service. MirageTel currently sells prepaid travel-data eSIM plans for personal use. Plans are delivered digitally after payment and provisioning. DID, phone-number and VoIP services are not on sale and require separate terms before launch.
  2. Account & privacy. Email and password are sufficient for the current travel-data account; you may also sign in with Apple or Google. Email ownership is verified for security-sensitive actions. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and private activation details safe.
  3. Wallet. Purchases are paid from your MirageTel wallet. Wallet funds are prepaid service credit, not a bank deposit; they are non-transferable and non-interest-bearing.
  4. Deposits. Follow the exact method and reference shown at checkout. A deposit becomes wallet value only after its payment evidence is confirmed.
  5. Validity. Plan validity starts at activation (or on the package's start rules), not at purchase. Unused data, minutes or SMS expire with the plan.
  6. Refunds. Unused eSIMs may be cancelled for a wallet refund where our network partner permits it. Plans marked non-refundable cannot be refunded after purchase. Refunds are always issued to your wallet.
  7. Closing your account. You can close your account at any time from Settings. Closing it cancels active eSIMs, forfeits any remaining wallet balance and removes your personal data, after you confirm.
  8. Network partners. Service is provided over third-party mobile networks. Coverage, speed and availability vary by country and network and are outside our direct control.
  9. Service interruptions. If a plan becomes permanently unusable due to a network-partner failure, we compensate the unused portion with wallet credit. We are not liable for indirect losses.
  10. Future services. A Coming soon page is not an offer, coverage promise or price quote. DID, phone-number and VoIP terms will be published only after their provider, commercial, regulatory and abuse-safety review is complete.
  11. Fair use. Plans are for normal personal use. Resale, machine-to-machine bulk use or unlawful use may lead to suspension by us or the underlying network.
  12. Changes. Prices and the catalogue can change at any time; a purchase is always charged at the price shown at checkout. We may update these terms — the current version always lives on this page.
