What hosts ask us
Can I send the page through Airbnb?
Send it the way you already reach your guests: as an attachment where the messages allow it, by email, on WhatsApp once you have the guest’s number, or printed in the home.
Should I charge my guests for it?
That is your choice. Many hosts include it as a welcome extra. If you charge for it, tell the guest before the stay and follow your booking platform’s rules on extra charges.
Do my guests see MirageTEL anywhere?
No. The page your guest receives carries your logo, your colours, your words and your contact. Our name is not on it, nor in the PDF’s file details.
Which phones work?
Any phone that takes an eSIM and is not locked to a carrier: recent iPhones, Google Pixel phones, most recent Samsung Galaxy phones and many others.
What does it cost me?
