Questions

What hosts ask us

Is Trip.com involved?

No. Trip.com is not affiliated with us; you give the eSIM to your guest yourself.

Is the page in other languages?

The page’s own instructions are in English. Your welcome text can be in your guests’ language when it uses Latin, Greek or Cyrillic letters.

Do my guests see MirageTEL anywhere?

No. The page your guest receives carries your logo, your colours, your words and your contact. Our name is not on it, nor in the PDF’s file details.

Which phones work?

Any phone that takes an eSIM and is not locked to a carrier: recent iPhones, Google Pixel phones, most recent Samsung Galaxy phones and many others.

What does it cost me?

10 % less than our shop, on every package you can buy as a host. The panel shows your price beside the shop price, for every country and package.
