Can several staff use the panel?
Today a host account has one sign-in. Tell us when you apply how your desk works.
What if a guest deletes the eSIM?
An eSIM usually cannot be installed twice. Tell guests to keep it until the trip ends.
Do my guests see MirageTEL anywhere?
No. The page your guest receives carries your logo, your colours, your words and your contact. Our name is not on it, nor in the PDF’s file details.
Which phones work?
Any phone that takes an eSIM and is not locked to a carrier: recent iPhones, Google Pixel phones, most recent Samsung Galaxy phones and many others.
What does it cost me?
10 % less than our shop, on every package you can buy as a host. The panel shows your price beside the shop price, for every country and package.
