Close your account

You can close your account whenever you want. Active eSIMs are cancelled, your personal data is removed, and invoices already issued stay as records of the sale.

Close it

    Account → Settings → Close account

    Open Settings — or Account → Close account in the app.

    Read what happens

    The page shows your live eSIMs and the balance you would lose, before anything is done.

  3. 3
    Type DELETE and confirm

    You are signed out everywhere, and we send a last email to confirm.

Your balance

Closing an account is not a refund: any balance left in the wallet is not refunded and can no longer be used. Spend it first. Refund policy.
