Privacy
An email address and a password are enough for an account. We keep what it takes to run the service — your orders, your wallet, your eSIMs — and nothing we don’t need.
In short
eSIM activation codes and QR data are stored encrypted. Card numbers are typed on the payment processor’s page — we never store them.
Network partners get only the technical minimum to deliver your plan or number. Countries that register a number’s holder get the form you fill in for them.
You can ask for a copy of your data, or its deletion, at any time — one message is enough.
Call and text records — the numbers, the times, and the address a call came from — are kept for 18 months, also after an account is closed, and then deleted: a phone company must be able to say who placed a call. The words of a text are erased after 90 days.
