Cancel a number
A cancelled number keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for; then it is released. Nothing is refunded for the days left.
Cancel it
- 1Account → My numbers → the number
Open My numbers — or the same screen in the app.
- 2Tap “Cancel this number at period end”
The page shows the date it is released, before you confirm.
- 3Confirm
My numbers shows Ends and the date. Until then the number works as before.
We try three days before the month ends. If the wallet is short, you get a notice to add funds; if it is still unpaid when the month ends, the number is cancelled.
A calling pack belongs to its country, not to the number. Cancel the number and the minutes stay in your account — they work again once you have a number in that country. My numbers → My minutes shows them.
