My payment hasn’t arrived

A card payment is credited when the processor confirms it; USDT when the TRON network does. Most delays solve themselves in minutes. Here is what to check.

    Did the checkout page say it is paid?

    If you closed it before that, the payment may not have gone through. Nothing is credited until the processor confirms it.

    Look at Account → Wallet

    The credit and its payment receipt appear there.

USDT

  1. 1
    Was it TRON (TRC-20)?

    Another network or another coin is not credited.

  2. 2
    Tap “I have paid” and paste the transaction ID

    Then Verify my payment. We check it on the TRON network — it works even if you sent a different amount.

Open a support case with the amount, the time and — for USDT — the transaction ID.
