Open your wallet and enter how much you want to add.
- 2Send exactly the amount shown, to the address shown
TRC-20 carries no reference field, so the exact amount is the reference. Copy the address, or scan it with your wallet app.
- 3Wait for the network to confirm
The wallet is credited by itself, and we email you.
- 4Not there after 15 minutes? Tap “I have paid”
Paste the transaction ID from your wallet and tap Verify my payment — it works even if you sent a different amount.

USDT sent on another network — ERC-20, BEP-20 — or any other coin is not credited. Check the network in your exchange before you press send.

- Start a new request each time — it shows the amount to send and lasts 24 hours.

- Don’t reuse an address or an amount from an old screenshot.
