Install your eSIM on iPhone

Your eSIM is a small profile you download onto the phone. It takes a few minutes, on Wi-Fi.

Before you start

Open your eSIM on another screen — a computer or a tablet: Account → eSIMs → Show QR / Install. The phone scans the QR code from there.

Install it

Open Settings → Mobile Service
On some iPhones it is called Cellular.

Tap “Add eSIM”, then “Use QR Code”

Scan the QR code from your MirageTEL account
No second screen? Tap Enter Details Manually. The code under the QR reads LPA:1$address$code: the address is the SM-DP+ address, the last part is the activation code.

Name the new line “Travel”
It makes the next two steps easy to follow.

Mobile Data → Travel
Keep Primary as the default line for calls and messages — your usual number keeps working.

Travel → Data Roaming → on
The eSIM uses a partner network abroad, so roaming must be on — for this line only.

Don’t delete the eSIM from the phone — a deleted eSIM usually can’t be installed again.
Don’t share the QR code — an activation code can normally be installed only once.
