Helping a guest install the eSIM
You are your guest’s contact for the eSIM — your contact is on their page. These checks solve most questions; when one doesn’t, write to us from your host account and we help you.
Four checks
Check these, in order
- 1The phone takes an eSIM and is not locked
A locked phone refuses an eSIM from another carrier. What the phone needs.
- 2The eSIM was added once
An eSIM code installs on one phone. If the guest deleted the eSIM, it usually cannot be installed again — buy a new one.
- 3Roaming is on for the eSIM line
And that line is chosen for mobile data.
- 4The phone is in the destination
The eSIM connects to the networks of the country it was bought for.
Still stuck?
Open a support case from your host account with the guest’s eSIM code — the eight characters on their page, like 4F2A-91C0.
