Why some plans don’t show data left
Some networks tell us how much data you have used; some don’t. When they don’t, your account shows what the plan includes — never a “data left” figure we would have to invent.

What you see
Data left with a bar — when the network reports your usage.
“—” · not reported, with what the plan includes — when the network doesn’t. The card says so, so you know the dash is not a zero.
Your phone counts too
iPhone: Settings → Mobile Service → your Travel line shows the data used on it. Android: Settings → Connections → Data usage, or Network & internet → SIMs.
